Rentals start on Saturdays as of 3 pm until Saturday at 10 am during school holidays. It is possible to stay ‘à la carte’ and on long term, please contact us. The reservation of the booking is only confirmed after a deposit of 25% of the whole stay has been paid. The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival along with a deposit of 200€ which is reimbursed within no more than 2 weeks after your departure.

Cancellation insurance, interruption, civil rental responsibility for just 3% of the cost of the hire.
This insurance is proposed to you by the ALBINET SA agency.
If you have booked a holiday rental, we advise you to take out a cancelation, interruption and civil rental responsibility insurance which will entitle you:
To have the sums already paid or to be paid refunded (deposit or down payment) in case of an event which prevents you from going on holiday.
•    To have a Civil rental Responsibility insurance for material damage caused by fire, explosion, water (this insurance is compulsory for rental or hire risks)

Annulation de séjour suite à:

  • Maladie grave, accident, décès, dommages importants au domicile, licenciement économique, mutation, barrages, grossesse jusqu'au 7ème mois...
  • Acompte + sommes dues dans la limite de 15 000€

Interruption de séjour suite à:

  • Maladie grave, décès, dommages importants au domicile, indisponibilité des lieux...
  • Loyer non couru dans la limite de 15 000€

Responsabilité Civile du locataire:

  • Dommages matériels suite à incendie, explosion, dégâts des eaux.
  • Dommages aux biens mobiliers et immobiliers appartenant au propriétaire du bien loué.

 

  • Dans la limite de 1 525 000€
  • Dans limite de 2 500€ avec une franchise de 75€
